My Studio Look ("we," "our," or "us") operates the My Studio Look website and service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our AI headshot generation service. By using our service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and basic profile information provided through Google authentication or email sign-up via Supabase Auth.
Photos You Upload
We collect the photos you upload for the purpose of generating your AI headshots. These photos are processed by our AI model hosted on Replicate and stored temporarily in our secure infrastructure.
Payment Information
Payment details (credit card number, billing address) are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your full card details. We only receive a transaction confirmation and the last four digits of your card for reference.
Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with our service, including pages visited, features used, browser type, device information, and IP address.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Generate your AI-powered professional headshots using Replicate
- Process your payments securely through Stripe
- Send you transactional emails (order confirmations, headshot delivery)
- Authenticate your account and maintain your session via Supabase
- Respond to your support requests and inquiries
- Improve our AI models and overall service quality (using anonymized, aggregated data only)
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our terms
3. Photo Storage and Deletion
Your uploaded photos and generated headshots are stored securely with encryption at rest and in transit. All images are automatically deleted 30 days after they are generated.
We recommend downloading your headshots promptly after generation. Once deleted, images cannot be recovered.
You may request early deletion of your photos at any time by contacting us at support@mystudiolook.com. We will process deletion requests within 48 hours.
4. Payment Processing
All payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your credit card information is transmitted directly to Stripe using their secure infrastructure and is never processed by or stored on our servers.
We retain only the transaction ID, amount, date, and last four digits of your card for order reference and refund processing. For more information, please review Stripe's Privacy Policy.
5. Cookies and Authentication
We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation of our service:
- Authentication cookies — managed by Supabase to keep you signed in and maintain your session
- Analytics cookies — used to understand site traffic and improve the user experience (anonymized data)
We do not use advertising cookies or sell cookie data to third parties.

- Photos and headshots — automatically deleted 30 days after generation
- Account data — retained while your account is active; deleted upon account closure
- Payment records — retained for up to 7 years as required by financial regulations
- Support messages — retained for up to 2 years to help resolve recurring issues
8. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Deletion — Request deletion of your personal data and account
- Correction — Request correction of inaccurate personal data
- Portability — Request an export of your data in a standard format

My Studio Look is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
