My Studio Look is operated by Evolve Orbit FZC ("we," "our," or "us") and provides an online headshot and profile-photo preparation service. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we share it with service providers, and how you can contact us about your information.
1. Information We Collect
Account and Contact Information
We collect your email address, authentication details, and any profile information provided through email sign-up or Google sign-in. If you contact support, we collect the information you include in the message.
Uploaded Photos and Order Settings
We collect the photo you upload, the style, attire, expression, background, presentation, hairstyle, framing, and package options you select, plus generated previews and paid results.
Payment and Order Records
Stripe processes payment details directly. We receive order status, payment ID, amount, currency, checkout email, and card reference details such as brand and last four digits when Stripe provides them. We do not store your full card number.
Technical and Usage Data
We collect IP address, browser and device information, security logs, rate-limit events, cookie-consent status, and consent-based analytics events to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
2. How We Use Information

- Check uploaded photo quality before checkout
- Prepare free watermarked previews and paid headshot orders
- Match results to your selected order options and package limits
- Process payments, refunds, receipts, and support requests
- Prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate free samples, and unauthorized access
- Monitor errors, reliability, and service performance
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations
3. Photo Storage, Processing, and Deletion
Uploaded photos and finished paid images are stored in private storage and delivered through time-limited access links. We use automated image-processing providers to analyze upload quality, provide suggestions, and prepare preview and paid results.
Photos and finished paid headshots are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. We keep limited order metadata after image deletion so we can handle support, refunds, abuse prevention, accounting, and legal requirements.
You can request earlier deletion by contacting support@mystudiolook.com. Once images are deleted, they cannot be recovered.
4. Service Providers
We use trusted providers to operate the Service. They process data only as needed to provide their services to us, subject to their own security and privacy terms.
Payment information is handled by Stripe. You can review Stripe's Privacy Policy for details on how Stripe handles personal data.
5. Cookies and Analytics
Essential cookies are used for authentication, checkout, security, and account sessions. Analytics cookies load only if you consent in the cookie banner. We do not use advertising cookies or sell cookie data.

6. Security
We use access controls, private storage, HTTPS, signed delivery links, rate limits, webhook validation, and monitoring to protect the Service. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we design the system to reduce unauthorized access and data exposure.
7. Retention
- Uploaded photos and paid results: scheduled for deletion after 30 days
- Preview-sample records: retained to enforce the one-sample limit
- Account data: retained while your account remains active
- Order and payment records: retained as needed for tax, accounting, refunds, fraud prevention, and legal obligations
- Support messages: retained as needed to resolve requests and improve support quality
- Error and security logs: retained for a limited period needed for reliability and abuse prevention
8. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information. You may also withdraw analytics consent by changing your browser storage or contacting us.

9. International Users
We operate online and use providers that may process information in different countries. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence, subject to applicable data protection requirements.
10. Children's Privacy
My Studio Look is not intended for children under 13, and paid purchases are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated date above and provide additional notice where appropriate.
