Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the My Studio Look website, account, preview sample flow, checkout, results pages, and online headshot service ("Service"). My Studio Look is operated by Evolve Orbit FZC. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service
My Studio Look prepares polished headshots and profile portraits from photos you upload and the style options you choose. The Service is designed for professional, social-profile, and personal-branding use.
You are responsible for uploading a clear, consented photo and selecting accurate options before checkout. We may reject, pause, or refund orders where the uploaded image is unsuitable, violates these Terms, or cannot be processed reliably.
2. Accounts
You need an account to create previews, place orders, and access your private dashboard. You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the Service only for yourself or for someone who has clearly authorized you to act for them.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase from My Studio Look.
3. Free Preview Samples
We may offer one free, watermarked preview sample per account, email address, or uploaded-photo fingerprint. Preview samples are lower-resolution demonstrations of the Service and may not be available for every user or every upload.
Preview samples are for evaluation only. You may not remove the watermark, present a preview sample as a paid final image, or use automated account creation to obtain extra free samples.
4. Payments and Package Limits
Purchases are one-time payments for the package selected at checkout. We do not currently sell subscriptions. The number of finished images, style choices, and package features are limited to what is shown at checkout and recorded on your order.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. By completing checkout, you also agree to Stripe's legal terms.
Prices are displayed before purchase. Taxes, currency conversion fees, or bank charges may apply depending on your location and payment method.
5. Refunds
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on paid packages. If your finished headshots are not usable for their intended professional or profile purpose, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order ID or checkout email.
We may offer support, retries, replacement generation, or a refund depending on the issue. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload photos of another person without clear permission
- Create deceptive identities, impersonate others, or mislead people
- Upload explicit, abusive, exploitative, illegal, or harmful content
- Use the Service to harass, discriminate against, or defame anyone
- Bypass payment, preview, rate-limit, package, or access controls
- Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service
- Resell the Service itself without written permission
7. Ownership and Usage Rights
You retain rights in the photos you upload. Subject to these Terms and successful payment, you may use finished paid headshots for personal and commercial profile uses, including resumes, company bios, websites, business cards, social media, and professional directories.
You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, enhance, deliver, troubleshoot, and support your order. We do not use your uploaded photos or paid results for marketing without your explicit permission.
The My Studio Look name, logo, design, software, prompts, workflows, and website remain our intellectual property.
8. Result Expectations
We work to preserve identity, improve presentation, and match the order options selected. However, image results can vary based on upload quality, lighting, pose, facial visibility, hairstyle, clothing, and the selected package.
The Service is not a passport, government ID, medical, legal, or identity-verification service. Do not use finished images where an exact, unedited photograph is required.
9. Privacy and Retention
Our use of personal information, uploaded photos, cookies, analytics, processors, retention, and deletion requests is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
10. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free processing. If a paid order is affected by an extended outage or provider issue, we will work to complete the order, retry it, or refund it where appropriate.
11. Disclaimers and Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection laws.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. Material updates will be posted with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, communicated by email or in-app notice.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Evolve Orbit FZC is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer laws in your location require otherwise. Contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally.
