Refund Policy

We want customers to receive headshots they can actually use. If a paid order is not suitable for its intended professional or profile purpose, contact us and we will work to make it right.

7-day satisfaction guarantee

You may request help within 7 days of purchase if your paid headshots are unusable because of poor quality, failed delivery, incorrect package fulfillment, or a clear mismatch with the options recorded on your order.

Resolution first

Depending on the issue, we may retry failed images, help you download completed images, regenerate a clearly defective slot, or issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds usually take 3-10 business days to appear after processing, depending on the card issuer.

Refunds may not apply when

  • The request is made more than 7 days after purchase
  • The uploaded photo was low quality despite visible upload guidance
  • The order was used to create deceptive, unauthorized, or prohibited content
  • You request more finished images than the package purchased
  • You changed your mind after receiving usable paid results

How to request help

Send your order ID or checkout email, a short description of the problem, and which images are affected. This helps us resolve the request quickly.
